Faced with ones own mortality changes the human spirit. Anger, bargaining, denial, depression and acceptance act as the molding forces in the enlightenment of these changes. Each emotion has its own individuality while still playing among the others. Mortality lingers in the background of a Cfer until an ugly health issue quickly brings it to the fore front. The emotions of mortality are not a speed easy task wrapped up within a days time or a week for that matter. Although it is sometimes horrifying or one of the deepest heart aches, mortality brings with it many specially unique “Aha” moments. Trivial, selfish material wants dissipate to uncover the simplest of life’s true meaning. The light at the end of he tunnel if you will. And when the dust settles there is a strength that has been built by the destruction of this emotional dust devil.
